Group email doesn't exist, you either send to the 5 people, or if you run your own SMTP server, you create a DL that has them in it and sent to it.
Small desktop machines do it easily, bigger Office devices do not, the developers appear to assume that only companies who run there own Exchange server would ever buy them.
