Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the information about the optional network scanning feature. Make sure you are able to create a scan repository, if you can not create one then the feature is not enabled. If these links do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We have a WorkCenter 4150 that we would like to setup for network scanning. However, there some confusion as to whether this unit has the neccessay hardware via the configuration page. Under Installed Options it states "Network Scan: Not Installed/Disabled, and under Network Scanning Setup it states "Network Scanning Enabled : Enabled". Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.
