Xerox WorkCenter 5230 Network Scanning Not an Option

I have a Xerox 5230 on-site and I am trying to set up the network scanning feature. I am following the steps from online and my machine does not seem to have the option to network scan. I am doing this from Centreware online services, and I go to Properties, Services, and then it says there should be network scanning. This is not located on my printer.
Is there a firmware update, or something that has to be turned on for me to see this option. I have already enabled FTP Client.
