Xerox WorkCentre 3215/NI Scan Error

Hello,

 

Our multifunction printer/scanner has been set up to scan to a folder on our network. It was working great for about a month until this morning the following error was displayed on the software:

 

"The current processing has failed, probably, due to a lack of memory or disk space in your system or due to problems at the device side. Output images have not been saved"

 

Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

If the error is referencing the memory of the MFP a reboot will fix it, if it is referencing the shared folder you would need to take a few scans out of the folder server side.

If you are asking how to actually turn off the printer and turn it back on, you would hold down the power button to shut it off, then touch it again to turn it on.

My printer had dame problem, I restart it and problem solved.

I have the same problem but turn on and off still the same error
