Recently my company bought a Xerox Workcentre 3215 and since beggining I received complains about scanner quality. I tried everything (at least I think so) and no improvement.
Is there anything else I can try? (All the BLANK spots I have removed, even unreadable there are some confidential info there)

If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: WorkCentre 3215. Please make sure that the lid is closed on the scanner when scanning.
