I have a problem with my Network Scanning.
I have my network scanning installed on my Server (Windows server 2003) which works, but it tends to go offline when one of the IT staff log into the server with their own credentials. At this point the users need to log back into the server to get the scanning working again.
Is there any reason why this service would go offline when there is a different user logging in? I would imagine this software should be designed to work regardless of the user, more like a system process?
Unfortunately I cannot tell you much more about the setup, as it was not me who congifured it, but considering it works, I can only think that there is no problem with the setup. It must be something else, possibly how the software is designed.
