Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for Setup Fax Sending Options and see if that will help you change the pulse/tone setting.  If this solution does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WorkCentre 3325 Can Receive Faxes But Not Send

Hi Team,

 

We have a serious issue on a tendem (Over 400 machines) with sending fax on Xerox WorkCentre 3325.

We have trying to change the dial mode from pulse to tone or vis-versa but it seems not available for our region (Morocco).
