Re: Xerox WorkCentre 3550 Scan to Network PC Problem

RANISHOURA,

I'm not sure I'm understanding the issue at hand. If your office is bigger then the machine is spec'ed out for your sales representative should come in and evaluate your office to make sure you are getting the correct machine for your workload.

Thank you,
Jordan

Re: Xerox WorkCentre 3550 Scan to Network PC Problem

Hi RANISHOURA,

Can you be more specific about this number? 32 is the number of network PC's that can co-habit on the same network that the WC3550 or is this the max number of requests (print jobs) that can be sent to the device??

Further more where did this number came from? I mean, within technical support sure there is a document where this was taken from.

Xerox WorkCentre 3550 Scan to Network PC Problem

Product Name: WorkCentre 3550

Hello Folks,

We have a nice machine "WorkCentre 3550" which is working like a dog in the office, now there is no issue in quiality, performance. BUT it looks like I had been hit by a strange wall the : count of users that can connect to the machine. as per the support "after a lot of tedious communication"

The machine can only handle up to 32 users only, based on the senior technical guys from Xerox...

Tell me what you think :manfrustrated:
