Hi RichB,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Most printers require a small area of "deadspace" on the edges of the paper.  Please take a look at this solution for deletions at edges when printing. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WorkCentre 5225 cutting off footer on print

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

no matter what print settings i try, the Xerox WorkCentre 5225 is cutting off a portion of the 'footer' section of print at the very bottom of the page.

When printed to a different printer from same program, there are no issues.

The program i am using to print is not MS Office based so i cannot adjust margins.

the last line is approx 1/4" from the bottom of the page. only 1/2 of that line is showing.

does anyone else know of a remedy to print on full page surface or is there a printer limitation?

i tried this to no avail.

edit: does this printer have a 1/4 to 3/8" deadspace at bottom of page?
