Sure will, I plan to spend the day working on this. I will either figure it out or need a new copier because of rage induced destruction!
I appreciate the help!
Keep us posted - I always like to know what resovled the issue!
Thank you,
Jordan

Thanks for the help! I was about to do just that. See if the template somehow corrupted or something! If not I will call the tech.
Thanks again!
shieldsit,
It does should like you are checking in the correct area. I would have a tech come out and take a look at the machine. They may set it up to scan to their laptop to make sur eits functioning correctly. If you know how to - create a new Repository and Scan Template to see if you get the same results.
Thank you,
Jordan

Do you know where I would check that? The only thing I can see is where the default name is DOC.
shieldsit,
It sounds like your default file name has .err attached to it. I would double check your scan settings to make sure that it is not attaching .err to the file.

We scan to a network location and it has worked fine for at least a year now. Just this week when a user scans the files are called Doc.pdf.err If I rename the file and remove the .err extension the pdf is readable, but for some reason the scanner isn't doing this anymore. Can someone explain what's happened and how I can fix it?
Thanks!
