I have e new Xerox WorkCentre 6015, installation of Omnipage SE does not work. When starting Omnipage I get an error "Runtime error / Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library /This application has requested the Runtime to terminateit in an unusual way". I did ask for help at Omnipage (Nuance) but they told me that the Omnipage software is an Xerox product and that everything it to be answered by Xerox... What to do now ? Thanks

It is correct that you will get support for this product by calling the 1-800-821-2797 support center. You will need your 9-digit serial number and a valid contract to access the support center. On a side note - download the latest .Net and C++ redistributable.
