Our office scanner has begun leaving a pink line running from the top to the bottom of the document. This only appears when using the multi-page feed slot and not when placed directly on the glass. I have tried to clean all the glass components and have used a compresed duster to remove all debri from the feeder. Any help is appreciated.
Please make sure you have followed the steps in this KB article. Pay particular attention to the strip of glass to the left of the main platen glass. If the lines still continue after going through the article, you may need service on your device. Please contact the Support Center for assistance.
