Xerox® WorkCentre® 6515DN Scan to SMB option disappeard

Product Name: Xerox® WorkCentre® 6515DN
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

A few weeks ago our 6515DN had a firmware update appled to it (it was not the most recent though) and now the SMB option for users in the address book is no longer there. The line for it is there, but the + to expand the settings is gone. Also, I cannot update the firmware to the latest version, no option to manually update. What can be done to resolve this?

Hello Robert.jer, 

 

You can use the firmware download utility tool found on xerox.com to manually update your software. 

 

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Same issues here !!!  wokcentre 6515 the scan smb option disapeear et not working. 

Also could not assign on the device that we have the error. On the web page, it adds well but does not appear in the address book or favorites.

This is a issue with the 2 last firmware !! 

Please fix this !
