Hi,
we have problem using SMB scan to a Win 8.1 shared folder. I have created in C: a shared folder, gving full access to it for Everyone user group, UserAccount and Administrators (we are working under with a simple workgroup).
Machine has now firmware 1.207.2 and i set SMB protocol with PC ip address as destination with 139 port (also tried 445). I also put as User name and Password UserAccount's credentials but when I try to scan to this folder machine gives scan error.
Is there a possibility to scan with SMB protocol with Win 8/8.1? I have encounered these problems with many Xerox machines even if these belong to new series...
