Re: Xerox WorkCentre 7556 icon "?????"

also make sure that is no firewall present on the server where you did install SFS on, so the machine can still acces the SFS http server

also make sure , scanflowtsore.exe and qlistener.exe , both servers should be started

Re: Xerox WorkCentre 7556 icon "?????"

Remove the checkbox and the ICON will go away.

To fix the ICON you would need to have your admin reinitialize the device from Scan Flow Store. If they can't, there would be an issue with the Time/date, Proxy or gateway of the printer.

Re: Xerox WorkCentre 7556 icon "?????"

It means it hasn't loaded. It is definitely an EIP app that was placed there, but it could be anything.

If you have a Fiery, it would do that if it was off, or hooked up wrong.

It could be Equitrac, Sharescan, Printsafe etc etc.

It is impossible for anyone to tell you what it should be though, there are hundreds of options. I can tell you that it can be removed easily enough.
