As Fabio said, you probably need to update firmware, but if you are trying to setup a Xerox printer and using Chrome, many issues happen, including this, password fields don't work and some dropdowns fail to apply.
update to latest firmsware, and your issues are gone
i am also using scantohome, and hiding default template, works perfect

I am having some issues for Workflow Scanning. After selecting the template "Scan2Home" and after selecting the option checkbox as "Hide Default Template in the Templates list" and by selecting the Template Selection as "Automatically select the top position template" and by clicking the "Apply", still the default template is not hidden.
1) After Update the Template "Scan2Home"
2) After click on Apply.
WC7855 does not automatically select the top position template.
Users need to select the template themselves and, as they are not instructed on this, this regularly fails and user receives error.
Have anyone encountered this or know if there are any solutions ?
