Thank you for using the Support Forum. Let's start with the basics and make sure you have the Scan to file installed and enabled by following the instructions in this solution.  If it is installed then please search on the type of scan you are trying to use and see if you can find a solution.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox WorkCentre Pro 65 Scanning on network

Product Name: WorkCentre Pro 65

I don't even know where to start with this.  I have the machine connected to my network by a wireless router.  Printing works fine as I have downloaded the driver but I am unable to scan anywhere.  Please help!!!!
