Having the same issue, only happens when scanning to network share over IPsec. We have two of these printers and they both do it.
Try to disable any ports that you don't use them.
My client is having a problem with Xerox Workcentre 3335. We have set up a network scanning location on our server. We are using Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard with standard smb share. Access rights have been set up accordingly and should be working correctly.
However, everytime we try to scan to the network location, this specific Xerox Workcentre creates 0KB PDF file in the network location and reboots itself immediately.
This device is using the latest firmware update we could find. We also tried to factory reset but it did not solve our problem.
Any idea what could be causing this or are we just simply facing some kind of hardware fault here?
