It is a tool installer so just run it from your desktop PC (No reason to go to CWIS at all)
Hi! yes I've tried using a sandisk pendrive too but no success.Would it be a firmware update problem?
Not really.
In my case, every FAT32 drive 8GB or less works.
16GB FAT32 is iffy at best. Kingston never works, SANDISK, IMpact and Memorex usually do.
I have had exactly 1 32GB work and haven't had a 64GB work yet.
Yes, I tried both fat32 and ntfs. They didn't work.
Any more ideas?
Thank you!
It is formatted for FAT32 and not NTFS?
It may acknowledge a USB drive with NTFS but it cannot scan to one(write permissions). Printing can be done in some cases (read permissions)
Good morning!
I have a 3655x workcentre and I tried several times to scan to a pendrive but no success. The printer recognizes the pen drive, and it says that the scan process was concluded with success, but there's no file in the pen drive.I already changed the pen drive, checked the security port settings and they are both: usb activated.
Thanks in advance!
