Can I do something to reload the old firmware?

That's a very good question. I am eager to know if I can just replace the "960K65323 Flash Module NVM PWB RMX" on the motherboard, rebooting the printer, installing my backup clone file with all the settings and configurations I have made so far.

Let's see if that works.

Depending on the version the machine is currently on you may not be able to downgrade the machine due to encryption. I would agree with SandyP-Xerox that you should call into Xerox Support and talk with a CSE regarding this matter.

You can't use the older version without downgrading the machine, which the CSE would need to do.
