Xerox Workcentre 7835 smb windows 8.1 problem

I've problem with smb scan with windows 8.1, in imposible scan to this folder. I update the firmware to last version, windows 8.1 is updated. no more patches avaliable.

I try to change username, user permissions,...etc

The folder  is fully shared folder, on the machine settings is set as manual.

There are any special settings for this operating system?

I would suggest looking at the following as a potential solution for your issue.

Solutions for : SMB Workflow Scanning Fails With "Login Failure, Check User Name and/or Setups" Message
