Sorry, don't get it. The problem is in every application when i try to print more then 1 copy. Every time i get the same result - only one copy.

Printing over O365 applications, WordPad, Notepad etc. It doesn't matter where as i see.

Can you please provide some further details. Is this happening from other applications? Can you try printing other files to see if you have the same results?

Good day!

Please help me to find out why the device can not print more then 1 copy.

b215 is installed like a network printer through TCP\IP.

Drivers:

I've tried with

Xerox GPD PCL6 V5.733.11.0

Xerox GPD PCL6 V5.810.8.0

Xerox Global Print driver PCL6

Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
