Re: Xerox c2636 Workcentre Pro Network scanning

What OS are you scanning to?

Is it a domain account or a local account?

Have the share / NTFS permissions been setup for full control of the user you are using?

Thank you,

Re: Xerox c2636 Workcentre Pro Network scanning

when you setup network setting , always be sure that the TCP configuration is correct

check first ip , subnet, gatewat , dns...

then start configging the template... the easiest method is FTP , there is less hassle with security and ntfs righs, domain , etc...

on the siupport section there are documents avaible how to setup scantoftp ...
