First thing is to make sure the driver is installed correctly. Then follow the steps in this video on how to scan with the Scan and Print Experience app.
I have a Xeox B235 MFP and the xerox scan software has suddnely stopped detecting my printer. However the normal windows fax and scan software works completly fine.
My printer is connected to my PC via USB and on the xerox scan software it says "USB offline".
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the software and drivers.
Does anyone know what could be the cause?
