I've been using a saved link under favourites to access the xerox website for years now to access my scanned jobs. For some reason, that link no longer works. The error I get is the website isn't responding.
I can access the xerox website, but have no idea how to get to where I can view and print my scanned documents. Can you provide the website address to access my scanned jobs. We're using a Xerox 7845 machine. I've re-booted it twice as well as re-booted my computer. I've never had any issues before accessing my documents.
