Since this is a brand new machine I suggest calling into the support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Brand new scanner which I tried to setup gives an error - Scanner locked when I try to copy a page. There is no visible lock switch beneath the scanner nor a software menu where I can "unlock" it.
