Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you have not already tried this power the machine off, wait a full minute and turn the machine back on.  If the message comes back follow the instructions in this case for services not available.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox workcentre 6400: scan and copy services are not available. print service is available.

Product Name: WorkCentre 6400

The subject line message is what our printer is displaying, no fault code(s). Powering it off and on does not help. Please assist.
