Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you have not already tried this please totally uninstall the Xerox WorkCentre 6515 from the Mac including any older versions of a driver for the WorkCentre. Empty the trash on the Mac and then reboot the Mac. Reinstall the printer.
If it still gives you the paused error try AirPrint. If that does not work please consult the Apple Mac Support. They are aware of the issues and have other suggestions and workarounds on their site. It is happening with several different brands of printers not just Xerox. Alternately you can contact Xerox support and ask to speak to someone at second level.
