There is no other answer.

The machine will feed the paper faster when scanning, if the paper is too light, or of a low quality in general it may cause jams.

That is what is happening in your case, so you need to have it slowed down.

The thing is machine can make hundreds of copies from DADF without any jam. But as long as i start to scan it blocs the on the 3-4 sheet. Do you have other suggestions.

Scans run faster than copies through the ADF.

The only way to slow it down is to loosen the back tension on the belt, to do that you need a technician.

Another problem, but this time, it's about xerox 7225, as scan jams on the ADF while copies spend properly, scan after 2 sheets, the paper wad where codes : 305-132-00; 303-777-00; 303-347-00.
