I searched our online knowledge base and found this article with steps for not being unable to receive faxes from one number.

We are having issues sending and receiving faxes with only one of our contacts. We get a fax cumminication error with a code of 035-705, We can send and receive faxes with all other contacts. We have no idea how to resolve this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
