Check the back off the printer and you will see a white box attached to the dc50. In that box, check if the lights are on or off. If you see a red one or no led on that it means that the rip is not working or is not booting up. The best way is to call an field engineer to try to fix the RIP. if the LEDs are blinking as normal, and blink if there is network activity, then the problem could be the cables. You will see two of them. Turn of the printer, wait the LEDs on the back turn off, then unplug the cables and plug again. Turn on the printer and check if you can see the ip address in the user interface. If not, the white box need to be repaired. Regards Rui
