You would need to call, Xerox doesn't take suggestions online and they don't monitor this forum.

What you are looking to do is have a FER (Feature Enhancement Request) done.

Hi Xerox,

the mail sent with attached scanned document seems to not be conform with the MIME RFC. Some header, like the Content-type with the correct boudary are not provided.

Can you fix the problem ?
