emails not coming through

Product Name: WorkCentre 250
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi

 

I have been scanning to my email.

Xerox Workcentre: 7425

IDN:75797

Serial number: 3900734939

 

I can succesully login with my workplace credentials but none of my scans are coming through, it's been hours now. Please help? I can print fine so the connection is established.
