We are getting this error and it doesn't matter what we do with the tabs, the error just keeps coming back.  Also, are we expected to move those tabs every single time we switch between envelopes and regular paper?  If so, i'll be returning the printer.

Hi,

Move GREY or GREEN tabs (depending on the fuser), to the proper position.

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer

The subject was updated by itself wia wifi (words from client-user). Now it shows error 010-914. What does it mean? How can I help to return it work?
