error 027-589 : SMB protocol error 4-049

Product Name: Xerox D95/D110/D125 Copier/Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have two printers in the same network one of them is working the other one is not working. we are unable to use the network scanning. when I access the properties, port setting, to lock for SMB I'm unable to find it. anyone can helpprinter.PNG

I don't know the answer to this one. I would recommend contacting the Support Department for some troubleshooting. The Support options for your device are listed HERE.

solved.

 

the problem was the new software is different, you need to update it. what I did is I update the one printer that works then I clone it with the one that does not work.
