It is a faulted drum. Take out (I assume newly replaced) drum and it should boot, else, keep trying with a different drum removed each time until it boots. Replace the bad drum (Assuming new, complain to Xerox and return it as defective) If it won't boot with all the drums out, or it makes no difference which is removed, it would be a motor that drivers the drum, for that a tech would be needed.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

i get the error 061-320 on bootup

and asks me to restart 

i do the reststart the same error comes up
