So, I think there is a problem with a battery that is drained, mounted on to a memory DIMM (Software Module) located on a drawer behind the machine under the scanner. It is not an ordinary battery and the part no is 207E22220.

Hi,

Try this: 

Unplug the machine, wait for a minute, then plug the machine back into the wall outlet. When the software upgrade screen appears on the UI, immediately hit four zeros (0000). This should cause the machine to reboot and come up "ready to scan your job".

I have a xerox workcentre 5638 machine one day I wanted to turn on the device and the Error in the photo below came and everything I was waiting for was not resolved.
what do I do? please help
