Our office had a power outage yesterday, the fax stopped working, I was on hold for 1 hour 10 minutes, it was 430pm by that time, each person who picked up the phone just wanted to pass me onto someone else. I had to hang up and I'm calling again this morning.
So, I spoke with Lawrence Afolayan (tech) and he was absolutely amazing, finally someone who made me feel he really cared about my problem and wanted to make sure it was resolved. I will be reaching out to management to let them know they have a truly wonderful employee who makes them look much better then the impression I've had dealing with other employees over the last couple months. THANK YOU LAWRENCE!!! you made my day!
