Hi ,
Thanks for your support , I have activated remotely scan and scan to USB by making configuration from the machine web page , but tell now I can not take scan to folder ,
The folder that I have created on the PC is existing on the machine and it begin to scan then there is an error message " job deleted " .
How can I solve this problem ?
I want to note that I have a message on the machine ' no communication with xerox smart esolution server . contact system administrator " also on machine web page its not activated , i also do not know what is proxy server address must be ?

There is close to 0% chance you actually want to use Scan To, its only purpose would be if you set up Address book entries through CWIS.

If you set up email scanning you choose Email if you set up Scan templates they will be in the very available WorkFlow scanning

sorry, but after doing this steps then turn off \on machine , scan still not enabled

Hi,

Login on machine Control Panel as Admin (password 1111), press Machine Information button, go to Tools,

press Service Settings, press Service Display and enable what do you want from there.
