id card copy problem

hi, i have the work center 6515 and i have a problem , when i copy an id card it scans the card but cuts off 5mm from both edges on the printed copy. does any know how to set the margins so that it will scan the entire glass bed as is without cropping the image. i can understand that there be a limit for the printable area on a piece of A4 paper but to have a margin on the glass bed is ridiculous .
