I found two article for scanning in our online knowledge base for you to look at.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

idle scanner

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025
Operating System: Windows 10
I bought a new lenovo PC with windows 10. I managed to install the printer without any problems, but unfortunately the scan does not work. I also installed the USB cable wirelessly and unfortunately the scan still doesn't work. Can I ask for some advice?
