It isn't really possible, without a lot of workarounds. First, set the defaults for all scans to be 400DPI. Then create a One-touch for them to use for the scanning, or a One-Touch per person that scans to that location.

Hello, i need to remove the access to all user to change the resolution by default on the workflow scanning. In fact, we want to lock access to resolution setting in scan. Because we have a software who need absolutety a scan in 400 dpi.... It is possible???   Thanks
