i have purchased o xerox c315 for replacing a kyocera m5526 and im having delay on remote scan about 30 seconds before starts scanning..this is frustrating..
c315 is installed on ethernet switch and its served to 5 pc but its an offline switch means no internet access..
i have tried to put internet in that switch and this time the printer is scanning with no delay..thats absurd to need internet for local scanning?????!!
the thing is we dont have internet on that location..do we have a solution on this? my previous kyocera and oki before that had no problems..
