Hi jbollyn,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The PT indicates that the WorkCentre 5330 you have is a printer and has a Tandem Tray Module.  You can print out a configuration page to see if the Scan kit has been installed.  If you have additional questions please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

new WC 5330PT / optional Scan Kit?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have received this new MFD, but it is not on the network yet. What does the PT indicate? I can't find this info on the website.

 

I am hoping this device has the optional Scan Kit installed. Adding the Scan Kit at this point would be somewhat difficult, since it should have been part of the initial contract.
