I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

not receiving e-faxes

Product Name: Xerox B235 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

hello, all,

Hoping someone has a solution for this:

My fax machine is able to receive faxes that have been fed-through manually on the sending fax machine, but it is not receiving faxes that have been transmitted via e-fax.

any ideas?  The set up process on my machine went smoothly and the WiFi is connected and functioning well.

Please help!    thank you.
