I dont have a video, but is simple to remove the board. Just loosen the 2 thumscrews (upper and lower), one thumbscrew at the handle and pull out the board.

Hi,

The battery (it is yellow and rectangulat) from SBC board (that one where the network cable is connected) is drained and must be replace.

dear all, i have a WC 7556 machine, one it went to power off and on again due to electricity problems in went into non customer mode, i hade to go into the nvm 616-014 and use the value of 4 , it restarts and works fine but one i turn the macine off and disconnect it from the power source when i turn it on again it goes into the non customer mode again and i have to do the same process once again, any solution for this ? by the way i made a full over write for the image and reinstalled the software but stil the same problem.
