Check the automatic document feeder for any framgments of torn paper, staples, paper clips or anything impeding the scanning. Ensure the paper path in the ADF is free of obstruciton. If the paper path is clear, you will need to contact our support team for them to address. They can be reached at 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
