problème numérisation print and scan

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Non précisé

Quand je tente de numériser un document de plus de 2 pages par print and scan, l'application se ferme suite à la numérisation.  J'ai tenté de l'enlever et de la remettre sans succès.

Hello jb2344, 

Are you able to provide more details, are you scanning to email, using a Gmail addess or a folder on your PC. How are you connected, Wifi, Ethernet, or USB?  This information will narrow down the issue so we can better assist you.

I am scanning directly on a folder on my computer but the problem appears during the scanning, so way before the saving of the file.
My computer and Xerox are connected wifi
