problem scanning and emailing 365

Product Name: VersaLink® C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have the following problem, I have tried to set up my company email to scan and send it directly to the email, 2 days ago when I went to run the job the first time I got an error but then it worked.

When I activated the accounting it stopped working and it throws all the error.
