Hi,

 

This setting does exist on Versalink products.

 

Log in as "Admin" on CWIS

 

> Apps

> Email

> Then under the heading "Scan to Apps General Settings"

> "From" Field

> Then change the setting to "No"

> Click OKfrom field.JPG

It doesn't exist in VersaLink products, and isn't intended to be there.

 

The 7835 is the Connectkey family, AltaLink is near identical to Connectkey, but Versalink has much less than them feature wise.

"Always use default from address" option is missing with versalink C7025

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer

Hi 

 

We have mixed WC7835 and new Versalink devices in our fleet. I can configure the Always use default from address option with WC7835 devices. I don't see a similar option with Versalink devices.

 

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
